The challenge of the role in a nutshell: 
Have genuinely read-worthy material produced while remaining SEO effective

An increasing portion of our success is leaning on various types of original content. We are building pages, running campaigns, sending newsletters, setting up comparison sites and by other means guiding people to meet products and services supplied by our clients. Once they meet, we help broker a deal.

Crucial in this process of captivating the attention of potential consumers and converting them to informed, happy buyers is the quality, and quantity, of our content. Until now we have been working mostly with consultants, freelancers and other ad-hoc setups to deliver what we need, with the exception of Vinklubben who has a stellar man on the task. The time has come however to establish a proper in-house team for this and provide the circumstances necessary to get it right, again and again.

The Role

  • Ensure that we have strong consistent delivery of the content we need for all our business areas
  • Shape and implement a successful tone of voice for our collateral, per brand
  • Design and execute the workflow for the content: Requests, creation, editing, publishing and correcting
  • Set a plan for how we do this long term, is it a network of trusted freelancers or do we hire? What is genuinely good? How do we win at content? You tell us.
  • Recruitment of team/ensure a strong, stable network of externals

What we are looking for

  • We think that this isn’t your first gig in this type of role, you know what you are doing by now
  • To succeed on initial delivery in this role we would consider it a strong asset if you bring a network of trusted people you have worked with before
  • To get everything to where it needs to be on time we see that you are a master of coordination
  • This is a new position for us, you need to be independent in your professional role
  • Someone who can educate and drive the organisation in establishing good routines around content
  • That you have successfully led a team before
  • Someone who does their research and due diligence on topics before publishing
  • A strong sense of pride over quality

Relevant skills

  • Swedish (excellent both written and spoken)
  • English (excellent both written and spoken)
  • SEO
  • Knowledge of internet publishing
  • A sharp pencil
