We are growing our Shopello Sales Team as well as reorganising how we work. To succeed with our ambition and become the default mode for online vendors to acquire their customers we need more people who can consistently bring business through the door.

Shopello is enjoying strong growth year on year and we are now establishing a scalable team structure which will set us up to seriously make a dent in our industry. We want you to be a part of this.

We are audacious in our ambitions and we want you to be too, we consider it a strength.

This position is open for smart, driven people with entry to mid-level sales experience and a hunter mentality. Your main assets in this role are going to be your wits and your ambition, not your baggage. 

Your daily work in short: 

  • Meet monthly quota goals 
  • Cold calling and emailing
  • Respond to incoming leads (we have some, but not enough for you to fill your quota yet) and chasing hot leads!
  • Handover of signed customers (to the Customer Success Team)
  • Log events in our CRM, and other administrative tasks

We are confident that we can provide a good growing ground for you to either learn the ropes or significantly improve in sales. You will have skilled colleagues and strong leadership support to help you succeed in this role. We encourage this, sales can be competitive and that's good, but first and foremost we are a team. We succeed when you succeed.

The sales cycle is short, the feedback is immediate and never surrendering has proven itself as the means to win this. Our customers vary in size from one-man-shows operating out of their garages to brands you have most definitely heard of.

We work towards all of Europe and we want you to speak English and at least one of the following languages in addition: 

  • Swedish
  • Spanish
  • German
  • Polish
  • Portuguese 
  • Czech
  • Norwegian
  • Danish
  • Finnish
  • French

If you can cover multiple languages we consider this a strong asset.
