Speqta is on fire with strong YoY growth and great opportunities ahead. Turning our ideas into action requires (many) more hands on deck, and fast. We are looking for someone to shoulder the potential we have in becoming better through true Talent Acquisition.

Us

We have 3 main legs of business that we stand on:

  • Vinklubben - A service where we work with marketing of wines directly to consumers
  • AffiliJet - A collaboration with premium publicists in Sweden and Norway (expanding into new markets)
  • Shopello - A product where we drive traffic to e-commerce

Speqta is acting from the intersection between a startup and a noted company. History is long (for tech, since 2003) but in the last year we have taken on new investors, rebranded the company and hired new leadership, inc. CEO.

The Job

What needs doing is to work the whole process from sourcing to closing candidates. We have structured assessment in place and are open to improve according to your expertise. 

We care deeply about finding a solid sweet spot between scientifically backed procedures (reliability and validity matters here) and practically applicable practise (so does reality). 

 

Daily Grind
This should sound familiar to you if you are as good as we think but it's always neat to get expectations clear from the get-go:

  • Sourcing, online, offline, everywhere
  • Phone screens, mix of booking them on managers and yourself, depends on the process and workload
  • Interviews, (semi-) structured and competence based + personality & culture fit
  • Psychometric testing & feedback (Alva Labs)
  • References
  • Training managers on recruitment
  • Process iterations
  • Type up job ads
  • Gather role specs
  • Setting scorecards
  • Managing TeamTailor, ensure we have a strong record of our progress
  • Attending events, meetups and other local (or international) hotspots where we should be visible and have a presence
  • Employer branding, to some degree, this will also be a central effort

The Team

Currently People Operations is a one man show handling everything from sourcing to sign, pension plans, vacation structure and organisational development. It is high and low, we strive to foster a no prestige, get the job done-attitude. We see this as one of the team's exports to the rest of the organisation. 

Overall the team will keep these responsibilities but your role will be a well scoped one - TA, if it does bleed in any direction it will be toward employer branding.
