We are on a mission to disrupt online sales and marketing while our vision is to become a role model within performance based marketing internationally. We are developing a house of brands serving our customers and consumers to help Simplify Decisions Online and generate genuinely good business.

Content & Comparison

Content & Comparison (“C&C”) is a new business area within Speqta. We have gathered a number of our online brands under one umbrella to maximise learnings between the teams and growth within their respective business. Currently C&C consists of Vinklubben.se, our Affilijet collaborations with nettavisen.no dagbladet.no & expressen.se within loans/credit cards/discount codes/casino, kampanjjakt.se and a number of additional smaller sites. C&C is currently active in Sweden and Norway, in the future we see further international expansion. 

We are working hard to Simplify Decisions for our consumers. We want you to genuinely stand behind that strong lead generation comes from focusing on the users. This should lead to working with A/B testing, systematically and persistently improving our consumer experience at every turn.

The Role

The Head of business area C&C will carry the full P&L for the business area and have 3-4 direct reports, in a growing team of total +10 people. Some of who are more dedicated to particular brands and others with more generic competencies. Our expectations of growth on Content & Comparison are high and meeting the set goals will be a challenge. You should be prepared, and excited, to tackle this head on.

This role is a part of the listed Speqta’s management team and will bring the ownership over and reporting for C&C into this forum. The capacity to keep track of progress, report numbers accurately and on deadline is essential. Adjusting the budgets and making revised, convincing, forecasts according to actuals will be important.

A large part of the success in this position relates to being able to navigate the value chains of affiliation and design deals accordingly.

The Person

We are looking for the leader who can bring this business area together and realise its full potential. This will require excellent leader- and stewardship to balance the needs and resources between the various areas and brands.

To be considered for this role we expect you to have experience within: 

  • Online & Affiliate business
  • Partnership establishment and maintenance
  • Business area P&L responsibility
  • SEO & strong sense for the online industry as a whole
  • Membership database, growth and maintenance
  • Datadriven conversion optimisation
  • Media house (mid- to large size)

To take this to the next level we think that having experience from working with multiple products is a good experience, but not mandatory.
